- Sedan / Private Car (1-2 Pax) Best for:
Solo travelers or couples. Rule:
Fits up to 2 passengers + 2 medium suitcases. Important:
If you have 3+ large suitcases, please upgrade to a Minivan, even if you are only 2 people.
- Minivan / Family Shuttle (3-6 Pax) Best for:
Families, small groups, or travelers with extra equipment (strollers, skis). Rule:
Offers extra legroom and a large trunk. Choose this for a spacious ride.
- Minibus / Large Group Shuttle (7-16 Pax) Best for:
Corporate teams and large families. Rule:

2. Booking & Preparation
- Booking Time:
Please book at least 12 hours in advance
to guarantee availability.
- Special Requests:
Mention during booking if you need child seats, have mobility requirements, or have excess luggage.
- Flight Info:
Have your flight number ready so we can track your arrival.
- Contact Details:
Ensure your provided phone number is active and correct for driver communication.
3. Arrival & Meeting Point (On the Day)
- Meeting Point:
Your driver will wait at the Arrivals Hall

- Flight Monitoring:
We monitor your flight automatically. If you are delayed, we will know—no need to worry.
- Free Waiting Time:
We provide 60 minutes
of free waiting time after your flight lands.
- Route:
The driver will take the most direct route to your hotel unless you request otherwise.
