This service is also available if you can conveniently meet us at one of these hotel locations, even if you're not a guest there. Option 2: Central Meeting Point If neither option above works for you, please proceed directly to our primary meeting point at Avlabari Square in central Tbilisi. Identification & Meeting Process: Upon arrival at your selected pickup location, look for your dedicated guide who will be clearly identifiable by: A branded vehicle with a visible company logo An official identification card Standard staff uniform A welcome sign with your booking name (on request) Important Notes: Please be ready at your chosen pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time The team monitors traffic conditions and will wait a reasonable time for late arrivals Pick-up & No-show Policy: Please be ready at the agreed pick-up point at the specified time. Our tours operate on a strict schedule. If you are not present at the designated time, we will have to proceed without you, and your reservation will be considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
