and luggage volume. Rest assured, our entire fleet from Sedans to Coaches consists of modern, premium vehicles ensuring top tier comfort.
- Sedan / Private Car (1-3 Pax)
Best for:
Solo travelers or couples.
Rule:
Fits up to 3 passengers + 3 medium suitcases.
Important:
If you have 4+ large suitcases, please upgrade to a Minivan, even if you are only 3 people.
- Minivan / Family Shuttle (4-6 Pax)
Best for:
Families, small groups, or travelers with extra equipment (strollers, skis).
Rule:
Offers extra legroom and a large trunk. Choose this for a spacious ride.
- Minibus / Large Group Shuttle (7-16 Pax)
Best for:
Corporate teams and large families.
Rule:
Keeps your entire group in one vehicle, avoiding the need to split into multiple taxis.
- Bus / Full-Size Coach (19-40+ Pax)
Best for:
Large events and organized tours.
Rule:
Professional touring coach with huge luggage capacity (under-cabin) and maximum interior space.
2. Booking & Preparation
- Booking Time:
Please book at least 12 hours in advance
to guarantee availability.
- Special Requests:
Mention during booking if you need child seats, have mobility requirements, or have excess luggage.
- Flight Info:
Have your flight number ready so we can track your arrival.
- Contact Details:
Ensure your provided phone number is active and correct for driver communication.
3. Arrival & Meeting Point (On the Day)
- Meeting Point:
Your driver will wait at the Arrivals Hall
holding a sign with your name.
- Flight Monitoring:
We monitor your flight automatically. If you are delayed, we will know—no need to worry.
- Free Waiting Time:
We provide 60 minutes
of free waiting time after your flight lands.
- Route:
The driver will take the most direct route to your hotel unless you request otherwise.
